I’m over 18 and I live in the US. My perfect meal would be a vegetarian Korean meal filled with all of my favorite dishes. It would include(all in English descriptions): Seasoned vegetable rice bowl in a stone pot, glass noodle stir fry, vegetable porridge, kimchi pancake, Korean sushi roll, seaweed soup, kimchi, daikon radish kimchi, seasoned bean sprouts, dumplings, roasted seaweed wafers, cold noodle soup, seasoned potatoes, and pickled carrots, spinach salad, and radish. For dessert: cream-filled fish-shaped waffle and sweet redbean, ice cream, and fruit over shaved ice. Korean meals can be served with a lot of side dishes, so there is a lot of variety to it, and the flavors can be unique and intense. I’m not Korean, but I just absolutely fell in love with the food!

Sadly and not so sadly, i am over 18 and live in the US. My perfect meal would be a large deep dish cheese pizza from Noble Romans and breadsticks complete with cheese sauce and garlic. A large pitcher of Sangria and a frosty mug to pour it into. My husband and I created a game some years ago where we play a sonf on Pandora and the other person guesses the artist. Its been a long time since we’ve done either and it would be nice to get back to it.

I suffer with Crohns so I don’t get to eat most of this so I have thought about this a lot. Lol. I would start with a cocktail of Kahlua & cream (real cream, not milk). With the creamy goodness of the drink I would have a freshly picked, organic fruit plate filled with strawberries & freshly whipped cream, thick, juicy slices of pineapple and firm, juicy Witches Fingers grapes. They are the most amazing grapes and impossible to find. After the fruit I would have fresh, warm, just out of the oven rolls. A bit of crisp on the outside and inside, soft, light and airy, with homemade butter and just a touch of honey in it. After the bread course I would have shrimp cocktail and a delicious appetizer I used to get at O’Keeffe’s Restaurant – sautéed mushrooms served in a mini ceramic croc pot, topped with 4 different melted cheeses. (Cheddar, swiss, parmesan & romano). The mushrooms would segway nicely with the main part of my meal, filet mignon, cooked medium rare, that had been sitting overnight in a marinade made with fresh herbs and wine. Paired alongside with the melt in your mouth steak would be a never-ending, all you can eat supply of Maine lobster tails with melted butter. For my side dishes I would have fresh, steamed green beans in a light broth made with wine and herbs and garlic mashed potatoes with lots of butter rounding out my dinner plate. Since I am pretending that I could eat any and all of this, I would have desert of cheesecake, made and flown in from The Four Seasons hotel, NYC and a mug of French Vanilla Cappuccino to finish it all off. Of course this amazing meal would be served on a private outdoor patio filled with flowers and candlelight, on a night that isn’t too warm, with a light breeze blowing – just enough to keep me from becoming too warm. Sharing this idyllic meal and ambience with a man who loved and cared about me and made me a priority in his life would make this meal a dream come true.

I’m over 18 and in the US. I think my ideal meal would just be a collection of foods that make me smile regardless of my mood: roasted pumpkin and yougurt sauce, my Meema’s Mac & cheese, super creamy tangy makes potatoes, and falling apart slow cooked pork. Maybe finish up with the best dessert I’ve ever eaten: chocolate souffle will creme anglais.

My favorite meal, and the one most requested for my now non-existent birthday celebrations: hot dogs (natural casing, of course) roasted over a open fire, home made potato salad, strawberries with marshmallow fluff dip, and lots and lots of roasted marshmallows and s’mores. HEAVEN!

My fave meal is ribeye steak, baked and loaded sweet potato, and asparagus with Mike’s hard cider and some kind of pie for dessert (no, I don’t have a fave pie). The perfect dinner is that with Marty Freedman’s solo music or Type O negative’s October Rust playing softly in the background and during dessert read old literature like Frankenstein or watch a old horror movie with my hubby Tim. And Yes, I’m an old goth cliche and a romantic at that.

I’m from the US & very much over age 18 😉 I would have trouble coming up with any one thing for a meal, as I like too many things & my ‘ideal’ would change daily (if not more often). So I suppose I’d have to go with a buffet, then I can pick & choose a little of this, a bit of that, and a heaping helping of the other! A few items would have to be cheeses of all kinds (I’m lactose intolerant, so I cannot indulge often), warm bread & butter, a good onion soup (especially in a winter like this!), a salad bar with all the fixin’s, and probably lobstah & rare prime rib (on the bone is a must). Definitely buffet dessert, with chocolate of many kinds, and good NY style cheesecake & cannolis… Of course, friends & family to enjoy with, otherwise it wouldn’t be nearly as much fun. Beverages would range from Guinness to red wine, to margaritas, lemon seltzer, and fresh-brewed unsweetened iced tea with lemon. Sigh… I just had dinner & am completely stuffed, yet I’m starting to salivate. Happy New Year!!

I am definitely over 18 and living happily in the US. I think I just tried and made one of my favorite meals today – it was 8 pork chops, still together hooked by the ribs so it looked like a giant rib roast! I BBQd it at 225 deg. for 5 hours, in a foil pan covered with foil and it was just like BBQd ribs only way more meat – so tender and juicy. I’m still getting used to our pellet barbeque grill but this really came out great. I fixed mixed brocoli and cauliflower florets, covered in a cheese sauce for a side. Wow, can’t do much better, unless we’re grilling steaks! 🙂

I am over 18 and live in VA, USA. My ideal meal would be: Fried mushrooms or shrimp cocktail for an appetizer; medium filet minion topped with sautéed mushrooms, and a lobster tail (with lots of butter!) for main dish; green beans or salad for a side dish; for dessert, either a slice of cheesecake or a slice of Chocolate Tower Cake by The Cheesecake Factory (the flavor of cheesecake would depend on my mood). Of course with all this food, I would either need someone to help me eat it, or take some of it home (especially that Tower Cake slice, it takes 3 nights to eat by myself!)

I am over 18 and a U.S. resident. I would start my dream meal with cheese fondue. I would then like a cup of French onion soup. For my main course, fried and raw oysters, fresh steamed snow crab legs. Fresh salmon cooked with lemon and dill. No starches, maybe some sweet corn from Iowa drenched in butter. Chocolate fondue for dessert. No way I could finish all this, or that I would not have an upset stomach after, but this is what I would have.

I am over 18, just had another birthday that has taken me a little further away from 18 on the 30th and I live in the US. My perfect meal is roast chicken and potatoes. But the chicken is spatchcocked (a naughty sounding way of saying the back bone has been cut out and the chicken is flattened), seasoned in salt and pepper and fat free italian salad dressing from a bottle, not rivers of it but well covered. You place the chicken over a roasting pan full of your fave potato, mine is red, cut into even pieces and whole frozen pearl onions. Sometimes other veggies get added like chopped carrots or frozen brussel sprouts. You have to make sure you season the potatoes well with salt, pepper and olive oil. So you splay the chicken over your pan of potatoes and cover it in foil and cook in a 400 degree oven until nearly done and remove cover and skin get crispy. What you are left with is potatoes cooked in chicken fat! Probably one of the best tastes on the planet, as long as it’s seasoned properly. It is sooooo good. The chicken isn’t half bad either, but I am really in it for the potatoes cooked in chicken fat! It’s been my birthday dinner the last few years, so that means there is some in my fridge right now! Happy New Year!

Hi! Way over 18, from Pittsburgh, PA. During these cold months where we are sometimes literally snowed in, my favorite thing to do is cook and bake. So my perfect feast is a juicy and tender pork tenderloin, marinated and cooked with a fresh sprig of rosemary and balsamic glaze. I couple that with a semi spicy cranberry sauce with whole cranberries. Buttery mashed potatoes, brown surged yams, heavily salted and peppered fresh green beans and a yummy, moist lavender wheat bread.
