From my FB Moon Stalkers Group:

Summer Sky Mason: Curious when the series continues (if in book form) will Tony Mauro still be doing the art work?

Answer: Well, it’s always in book form—I write books. And e-books have covers too. However, as far as will Tony be doing the art work—that will be up to Diversion Books. I would love it if he could still do them, but the thing about both fully self-publishing, and going with an indie-company like Diversion means that there’s usually less money to spend when it comes to things like covers, etc.. So, the answer? A simple: I don’t know. Wish I could say definitively.

Elizabeth Garcia: I am working on my own first book, what is your advice to a person who wants to become published? Also, what inspired you to write the Otherworld Series?

Answer: There’s a lot of writing advice on my blog, so search for that. But I will say this: you have to want to actually do the writing—not just to have a published book. Write. Write some more. Then write some more. Find a critique group or partner (online or off) and learn to revise. Your words are not set in stone—you have to be willing to revise and learn. You never stop learning.

As to the second part of the question—the idea just formed in my subconscious. That’s the best answer I can give. One night I was watching TV and the Sisters just showed up in my mind, introduced themselves, told me who and what they were, and that I needed to write their story. The rest, as they say, is history.

From Twitter:

Question: Just found out I have diabetes and need to restrict carbs. Any tips you could give to a beginner? Know anything about met4 med?

Answer: Search on my blog here—I have a lot of info on low carb and links to low-carb sites. As far as medications—no, because I’ve managed to put my diabetes into remission from diet alone.

Question: I was just wondering if the book 18 is the last one in the Otherworld series?

Answer: No, the last three will be coming out from Diversion Books.

And now: something cute! (Chances are you’ve seen this but I love it, even if it is a commercial!).
