Sorry about the grumps 🙁 I got to see my future cousin by marriage’s almost 11 month son take some his first steps and he walked between me and his mommy all big smiles and crinkly eyes for us and his great-grandma! And I got to have to a great chitchat with a good friend of mine. Look at those silly kitties and smile! 😀

I also had a grumpy morning. I tried to bake blonde brownies in what turned out to be a too small pan – burned tops – oops! Then had problems with my computer BUT got help and now all is well so things are looking up. Thank goodness my Sweetie helps keep me grounded and smiling as well as our cat, Rudy – he who MUST be obeyed!

I just started going to a fitness center and have paid for the overpriced trainer for a few days. She s nice and tries to be positive. But, another member today took more time with me to show me the machines and how they work than my trainer did. She says she was born to help others. Very nice woman.

I was wearing my cranky pants, too, until the Steller’s Jays that beg peanuts from me upped their game considerably! The fly from window to window, try to perch on the open window, giving me what they think are sweet blandishments for another helping….then one suspended himself from the mesh on the open back door…that was truly funny since he couldn’t figure out how to extricate his claws for a moment or two…he di but no more peanuts until the afternoon run!

Ugh! Sorry so many grumps today! Bluch. You’re a wonderful writer and so involved with the world. I hope the grumpiness passes soon!

If it helps, I just learned the Lighstream technique yesterday and I like it. Here’s a link: http://hopeandhealingforlife.com/2011/08/reducing-anxiety-the-light-stream-technique/ and apparently there’s also a video of it on youtube. (Instead of a “magic light” you can also use “a light from the cosmos” or “light from the Goddess” or “light from God” or whatever works for you.

Wow! I don’t see any other comments here, so I hope this is just coming up wrong because I can’t imagine no one sent you smiles!!! If it helps any, the idiot kitten in the back is my Carlisle (I could swear!) named after Carlisle Cullen. I read entirely too much fantasy (and am impatiently looking forward to your next contributions!
