brain candy friday

We’re headed into October, my favorite month of the year (followed by November, then December, then September). The Seattle area–the entire west coast of Washington–is a wonderful place to live, IMO. Especially in the autumn and winter.

I love the autumn months to a ridiculous degree. Autumn feels like home to me, and I would have to say, winter is my favorite season after that. I’m living in the perfect place for someone who loves clouds and mist and rain. So, are you living in a place you love? Where would you like to visit, or live, if you had the choice?

I live in the Ohio river valley the weather can change from multiple season like temperatures in one week, its happened multiple times! Today is an absolutely gorgeous day though perfect weather chilly start and low 70s. I prefer Autumn and winter myself I am not a hot weather person. If I could visit anywhere though it would be Ireland and Scotland so much history and beauty to take in!

I live in south Texas and I love the intense heat and the sun and the unpredictable nature of the weather. This feels so much like home I know that nowhere else will be enough. However, the autumn is so invigorating to me that I wish we had more of it here. Autumn tends to be sadly brief and sorely missed when it’s over.

I live in Middle Tennessee. It’s hit or miss if we get a fall or a winter anymore. I would love to live in Washington state!

I have been living in Florida for the past 31 years and I have to say that I pretty much hate it. Florida is a great place to visit for vacation but living here is awful. There really is no changing of seasons here. Florida basically has 2 seasons…. Hot and Hotter. I miss the leaves changing colors and the crisp air of Autumn and I miss snow and cold temps for Christmas. It just doesn’t feel like the holidays when it’s 90 degrees outside on Christmas Day. I have always wanted to live in Ireland. The magical ambiance, lush green hills, all seems so calming and peaceful. The accent of the locals doesn’t hurt either.

What a great set of questions. I look forward to BCF!
There are TONS of things I like re where I live but it’s too loud. So maybe, where I live, but quieter, a little more sky, and nearer to relatives. lol
I also love the changing seasons and I love the Fall too!

I live in Michigan. I do love it, the changing seasons are wonderful. I think Autumn is my favorite. It has a cozy feel to me. Michigan has lots of Apple orchards and everyone goes to pick apple ,drink cider ,and eat donuts they make while you watch. The colors are forgeous. Winter is cold and usually full of ❄snow.
