Autumn Candy

Okay, let’s hear it, people! What’s the spookiest thing that’s ever happened to you? (Not the most depressing, but truly spooky/eerie)???

I have three, as I can’t really determine which would be the spookiest as they all affected me in different ways in terms of spook factor. The first is when I was spending the night at a friend’s house, which was haunted, the ghost demon or whatever it was, decided to try and invade my dreams. Glad I keep wards up at all times, but that was certain spooky and freaked me out. The other thing actually happened during the Seattle Underground tour a couple of friends and I took. One friend was visiting from out of town and we all decided to do it. We were walking through the bank vault section and I actually saw a ghost light from the corner of my eye. My friend has better spirit sight than I do and saw it straight on. That was a sort of chilling type of spooky. The last was my parents and I were looking at a house in a different state. That place I think left me with a feeling of dread. As we walked through it, I felt like something wasn’t right. It was like there was something just hanging out on the edge of my perception. Glad we chose not to get the house, it required more work than my parents wanted. I just know there was something wrong with that place. So dread spooky, freaked out spooky, and chilled spooky.

I see spooky stuff all the time but the spookiest thing has to be when my family was doing the tourist thing in Georgia and we were at a famous cemetery. I was standing at the grave of a supposed witch. All sound cut off for about 60 secs including my family talking except for some lady whispering. I have no clue what she said it was so quiet in sound. After about 60 secs, sound came back including birds chirping. No one else heard it. No, I wasn’t on any drugs. I have no explanation except my uncanny sensing of the dead sometimes.

Seeing a ghost two different times at a women’s clothing store where I worked. Spooky but not scary. I don’t mind non-threatening ghosts and have seen others on occasion.

At my dad’s funeral I was looking down. I looked up in the distance and saw my uncle (my dad’s partner) . Never anything before or since
