Refund & Return Policy/Troubleshooting Issues

ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL.
We use Shopify to sell Yasmine’s products, and you will receive the digital copies through Bookfunnel.

Digital Products: You are buying a digital book and will receive the file via Book Funnel. The only refunds issued will be for a duplicate copy if purchased accidentally, and then only for the duplicate copy. You must contact us within 24 hours to ask for a refund in this case.

Physical Products: Refunds or exchanges will only be made on physical products if they are damaged (missing pages, etc.), or if the wrong item is sent. If you order the wrong physical item, this is on you. Refunds must be requested within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can take care of the issue.

No refunds will be made for digital products, with the exception given above. No returns on sale items or gift cards.

At this time, we cannot process physical product orders outside of the USA.

If your return is granted you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive the returned product. If your return is a physical product, it must be in good shape and returned before your refund will be granted, and you must enclose your original receipt (a printed copy from our company is acceptable).

If you have trouble downloading your books, please use the link in the email from Bookfunnel to ask for help. They excel at helping readers download their books.
