coconut milk ice cream

I’ve been eating coconut milk ice cream. It’s tasty, totally dairy-free, and as long as I’m cautious about not eating the nut (other than the coconut itself) versions or strawberry, lemon, orange, or chocolate, I’m good. It’s nice to have a treat, and it’s especially nice that it tastes good on its own, not just ‘as a substitute.’

So tell me, what’s your favorite summer treat?

Chocolate ice cream with pineapple topping. I don’t eat ice cream in the winter, it’s to cold for me.

Fresh raw vegetables from the farmer’s market. You would think it would be ice cream, but I eat that year round so…

Either a snow cone with too many syrups on it to determine a flavor (yes I’m one of those). Or coconut ice cream, especially when it’s done as a true Thai style coconut ice cream.

My favorite treat is soft serve ice cream. It’s on occasion and usually at the ball park. Typical summer treat is watermelon.

Love ice cream year-around! I just change up the toppings or flavor of ice cream. Can’t do the coconut thing though ’cause it’s the one food I’m allergic to.

Mine is soft serve ice cream in the summer. I normally don’t eat it otherwise during the winter months since it gets pretty cold and snowy here at times in my neck of the woods.
