I have had many blessings this week after a long period of lots of stressing over many things. I just paid off a large debt (woo!), we were able to successfully get our teen transferred to a better school for the fall (after a year of arguing with people who thought they knew my kid better than I do – ha!)and hubby had an interview for a promotion today. Fingers crossed!
I am rereading the Emerald O’Brien series and am just as enchanted as I was when I first read them!
I know that you have more passion for writing the other series and they are certainly are more lucrative for you (congrats!), but I would love it if you could find it in your author’s heart to do more Chintz N’ China Shops! They are my comfort food and my “get away” from busy life! Your talent may very well be wasted on them, but I loved them every one!!! They are “cozy” mysteries with a bite, but the family life portrayed was real and warm and endearing.
Thank you for the entertainment if they cannot go on – I will miss them dearly but I will still recommend you to my reader friends!
I know people love those books but I’m just…done with them. There really isn’t another book that I want to write in the series, TBH. It’s not that I feel my ‘talent’ is wasted, I’m just not drawn to write them and it would show. I’m so not a cozy type of person. đŸ˜‰

It always feels SO good to pay off debt, doesn’t it! And good luck on the promo for your DH!
I just finished, had a bunch of books I was reading before it came out, the latest Wild Hunt book. As always, loved it and will continue to read it.
YAY! I’m so glad you liked it!
