LOL, I rather like “Apple” as a cat’s name. My own girl is named “Hekitty,” after Hekate, although most people try to call her He-Kitty. It annoys her no end.
I always forget to ask… (not sure if you mentioned it previously)
But Why did you name (a black cat) Apple? Does she like to eat apples/: You found her under an apple tree or what?
Apple is a boy (grins)…actually, when we went to the shelter, he was hiding under a blanket. He just chilled out in my arms as though he knew he had found his people. I wanted to change his name (which was Apple–they named that litter after fruits) to Apollo, but Sam liked Apple, so we kept it. And it fits him. He’s a happy, bouncy boy.
