So, we’re into October and it’s All-Things-Spooky month! I have several autumn traditions. I always watch a number of movies this month–every year. I also decorate to the hilt and revel in the fun and all the wonderful ornaments and decorations. And of course, we have our Samhain ritual, though this year due to the pandemic it will definitely not be the normal ritual, sadly. But life will be what it will be…and every year can’t always be perfect.

I do enjoy decorating, and I also watch the same movies every year. I try to look for new movies to add as well. It’s my favorite month of the year.
I love decorating both the outside as well as the inside of my house. It’s nothing elaborate, but it reminds me of when I used to decorate my kindergarten or first grade classrooms before I retired. And, although I do have a number of things to use, I always add something each year. I also do this for the other major holidays.
