So today is Black Friday–and this year, things are quite different. Here, stores only can open to 25% occupancy because of the pandemic, so for us, it’s cyber-shopping all the way. I never went in for Black Friday shopping in stores, anyway, and I’m quite content to stay home, watch movies, and peruse the deals on the shops I love. There are a lot of Etsy shops, by the way, that offer unique gifts that benefit small business owners!
So what are you going to do for Black Friday this year? Whatever it is, please take care!

Never did Black Friday shopping… Not a fan of crowds.
I do most of my shopping online, especially this year… Just had major back surgery yesterday, and got home from hospital about 3 hours ago. Feeling mighty rough. Need to sleep.
We do mostly book exchanges with our family, so it’s a win-win for all! Brightest blessings!
Cyber shopping 100% this year.
We need to get our decorations up. The lights help keep my mood up.
Have to buy a car tomorrow so thats about it for the weekend !
I did Black Friday once, just to say I have done it. I was cold, it was way too crowded, and many people were rude. Now I stay home, drink tea and cocoa, and start decorating for Christmas. Decorating takes me days. Being disabled I do a little bit, then rest, then a bit more, and repeat until it’s all done.
I also never enjoyed physically shopping on Black Friday. I think I did it once and it sucked so bad, I never did it again. Today, I did a lot of cyber shopping! I also did a lot of stuff in the kitchen, very productive.
I had intended to observe Buy Nothing Day. My printer died on Tuesday, though. So after breakfast, we headed out to do our grocery shopping in a store that happened to be selling printers.
I haven’t “done” Black Friday in years. I used to work retail & had to work on that day. Since then, we stay home.
I’m staying home n making tacos. I already got some of my shopping done!
