So, a lot to news for you today! So pull up a chair and settle in, peeps!
First: I just finished writing Witching Fire, book 16 of the Wild Hunt Series, and I love it–I think you’ll love it too. My news about this, though, is that there will be two more Wild Hunt books after this, and then that series will be finished. I do have a few novellas and short stories I plan to write, but 18 books in a series–well–that’s a lot of books. 🙂
I know that will make some of you sad, but don’t despair because I have more of Moonshadow Bay to write, annnnd….I have some exciting plans for the next couple years. I will be writing 3 more Moonshadow Bay books, and then I will be writing a slightly more lighthearted paranormal women’s fiction series. I also have a dragon shifter series and a fantasy romance quintet that I plan to write.
Now, for more good news–I just got the rights to Souljacker back!
So, eventually I do plan to write a few more Lily Bound books. Souljacker will come down off Kindle at the end of the month and Diversion has the right to sell of their supply of print books until the end of December. I have seen VERY few royalties from them–that’s all I’m putting out there (even though I know the book has sold), so I’d appreciate it if you hold off on buying it until I get my re-issue up in e-format and print, which should be by July. As for further books in the series, I have to look at my writing schedule and see where/when I can fit them in.
As far as my newsletter, I may be migrating back to MailerLite. It seems about the same number of people never manage to get the emails now as when I was with ML. I like MadMimi but MailerLite is more user friendly. You won’t have to sign up again if I do, so no worries there. But that’s not the news.
I’m going to start adding in the perk of serializing some of my short stories in my newsletter again, along with some of my recipes (sadly, most I can’t eat anymore but hey…somebody should be able to eat them!). And some of my giveaways will be going through my newsletter only (and blog only for others) so make certain you open the newsletter each month so you don’t miss out!
So yeah, that’s the news. I hope that you continue to love the books, and thank you again for being such loyal readers!
