making plans

I love planners–as many of you know. So, because we’re at that time of year when it’s time to make plans for the new year, I’m giving away a pretty planner and a pen.

You must be in the US to enter this contest.

To enter: tell me what your biggest goal (not dream, but actual goal) for the next year?

Contest closes December 31, at 5 PM PST. Winner will be emailed by January 2, 2022, so check your spam filters by that day.

My goal is to clear my crafting room of clutter (its become a storage room full of boxes and junk) so i can start crafting again. It was a mental release that helped my depression and I’d love to get that back.

My number one goal this year is to graduate college. I’m currently in a BFA for Creative Writing, and I am so looking forward to being done. It’s been a long, rough journey, but so worth it.

I am over 18 and in the US. My goals for this year are fairly small, so I’ll stick to them better. The first is to cut out unnecessary spending on little things, like snacks and coffee, in order to save some. I also want to argue less. There are a few people in my family that have to be right, no matter what, so I am determined to just let them for my own peace of mind.

US resident (well over) 18. My main goal for 2022 is to be more consistent with tracking my calories daily to aid in weight loss and continue to move at least 25 minutes daily like I’ve been doing in 2021.

Right now my goal is to get my life on track enough to not have to live paycheck to paycheck. It may sound like a dream right now but I’ve stepped out my plan and listed ways to achieve my goals. I just hope to achieve it. (US resident, over 18)

I have just been diagnosed with kidney disease, stage 3, at 74 years old. I have had type 2 diabetes for over 30 years. My mother and father both died of kidney issues at 93 and 95 respectively, although they never had diabetes. My goal this year is to learn to manage my kidney disease so that I live as long as my dear parents did.

My biggest goal would be would working on my stroke. All the medical issues including memory issues, which has affected how I remember reading and words. I’m an advant reader and I need to be kinder to myself as I don’t have the same abilities I had before and I get frustrated with myself. Thank you for listening and Blessed Be!!!

My biggest goals for 2022 are to find our missing cat Merlin, heal from the two surgeries I’ve had recently, and to ground myself.
Too much stress and pain have left me feeling off balance, and I need to get my Zen back.

I am in the US and over 18. My goal is to find nursing home care for my husband’s grandmother and her sister, both of whom have dementia. He has been performing heroic tasks with a full time job during the day and caring for them overnight when they don’t sleep through the night. He has aids during the day, but these women deserve full time professional care, and my husband needs his life back. Thanks for listening.

My son is disabled, and, thanks to the years when I couldn’t work because he needed me at home, we are dealing with a sizable amount of debt. He has a good job now with a decent employer, and my goal for this year is to pay our debts off, which, if we can both keep our jobs, is actually, finally, achievable.
