I live in northcentral Wisconsin, USA. My favorite fall memory is easy. Being on the back of a motorcycle with my late fiance in front. We would just go cruise and look at all the color that autumn has to offer. It’s been 8 years since he has passed but I still think of him when I am on a quiet stretch of country road during the autumn.
USA Resident.
One of my favorite fall memories is way back when I was a kid, I live in an area of California that gets all four seasons. So we even get a bit of snow…. I went trick or treating with a neighbor and we were walking in the snow. We got home and had big mugs of cocoa before my mom came down and took me home. Woke up the next morning to a beautiful dusting of snow that quickly melted.
USA. My mom used to make my Halloween costumes and one year I said I wanted to be a unicorn. She spent a long time figuring out how to make it, but when she was done I had a really cool costume. She told me she spent so much time making it that I had to wear it more than one year. I was fine with that! I wore it until it no longer fit.
International – My favorite autumn memory is the birth of my daughter and every year since celebrating the end of an incredible year and what will come next.

A favorite memory for autumn is always going to the pumpkin patch with my boys. Now they’re 24 and 17 and we just went the other day. My oldest even proposed to his girlfriend (now wife) at the pumpkin patch one year!
We have started annual pumpkin carving with the grandkids. It fun, food, pumpkins, and all of my favorite people in one place. It’s chaos and absolutely wonderful. The kids look forward to it every year!
I’m in the US. My favorite autumn memory is meeting my now husband face to face for the first time when I flew to Oklahoma from Montana for a week over Thanksgiving. I went so well I moved down at Christmas. It’s been 13 years now.
I’m over 18 and live in the US. I have a hard time coming up with one good Autumn memory. There have been so many, from Trick or Treating with friends when I was younger, to decorating and dressing up to hand out candy once I stopped Trick or Treating. Going to a few Halloween parties at friends’ houses. More recently, going to Celtic festivals with my best friend and her parents (or just her father if her mother couldn’t go). This past Friday (the 28th) that same best friend and I when to see The Rocky Horror Picture Show live in a theater for the first time. We’ve seen the movie many times (not to mention listening to the audience participation album that I have on cassette, and watching the stage shows on TV and recently on YouTube). But this was the first time we actually got to see it in the theater and participate with other people. It was a blast! We’re hoping they do it again next year.
USA, Georgia
Just this past month, my husband and I were able to take a paddle wheel boat cruise down the Mississippi River.
I am in the USA. Colorado. I got married in September, 19 years ago so that is a fond memory.
I am in the U.S.A. My favorite fall memory happened in November 2020. A hurricane was headed for Mexico, and we bought tickets to go right about there. Going to Cozumel on the ferry made me sea sick last time, and I realized it would be worse with the approaching storm. so we went to Tulum instead. We stayed at a clothing optional place called Intima which ended up being one of the times I remember being most relaxed in my life. I wish none of it was because of drinking, but after that, being in the soft sheets with a lot of fluffy pillows and their super design where they had mosquito screens, but the wind blew through the billowy white curtains, straight through the room. It felt amazing. I had been stressed and wanted to get away really badly. With the overcast and wind, approaching storm, and nothing I really HAD to do, it was perfectly relaxing. I couldn’t leave. We stayed 2 more night. Hanging out naked in the hot tub each night with fun people, listening to conversations. We had a ground floor room, so each of those has a swim up plunge pool. We could swim from our back patio basically to the jacuzzi. The pool water was chilly, but it was all super fun. And the beers were cheap at the little store. Home cooked foods for sale when you popped in the right road. The foods all over were great. We rented a moped and went to the circus. It is hard to go wrong in Tulum.
I am also born in October, so fall was always my favorite season. I’ve loved the weather, and the smell.
That year, we got laughed at, for going to the storm. It was never rough where we were. Then we left to see ruins, and Chetumal, which is a town with a crazy history and neat feel. Then Mahuhual, which was my next most relaxed ever memory. Like beach paradise commercials, just exactly. It was a great trip I had that fall. Really needed it then.
I’m WAY over 18 () and now live in Paris Tn (moved from Yakima Wa) It was a beautiful fall drive, the trees and scenery were AMAZING! We just got here two days ago, the weather is fabulous, the people are friendly and the town is just big enough for me to adore. I plan to make this an autumn to remember! I hope everyone has a wonderfully spooky Halloween weekend and a beautiful fall season! ❤️☠️

USA resident. One of my favorite autumn memories is going to the Apple Festival in my hometown. There was a huge parade, band competition, a small carnival, and vendors set up and sold all their crafts and yummy food. My daddy and several other men got together and made homemade apple butter. I’ll always remember that massive copper kettle with the fire below it. Everyone in the group took turns stirring throughout the day until it was the perfect consistency and color. They canned and sold a ton every year. I miss those days so much!

My favorite fall memory is the time that my mom made a dragon costume for myself and 4 friends for a neighborhood costume contest (picture a homemade Chinese dragon design with giant bright and bold dragon head and two bedsheets sewn together and tie-dyed in red and yellow to create the body) It was such a fun costume, we won first place! However, it was very difficult to maneuver in, especially trying to trick-or-treat! Hilarity ensued!

I am from Missouri! My favorite fall memory is the birth of our son, he was born on Halloween! Some of our family members used to call him our little spook. I also have have good memories around the fire pit with our friends during this time of year. One year we decided to go to a little old cemetery around 10 pm. I tried taking pictures but most glitched out. We found one gravestone that had candles melted all over and flowers attached in the wax.

I’m over 18. I live in Tennessee, USA. My favorite memory is from this year. My husband and I traveled to Des Moines, WA. We spent a week traveling western Washington. Our Airbnb had access to a private beach on the Puget Sound. We spent so much time at the beach!! It was my absolute favorite thing! The sunsets were spectacular! The people we met were so friendly. It was a little hazy from the fires for a couple days, but the scenery was so stunningly beautiful! I have an autoimmune disease that keeps me from spending much time outside. Something about the weather there, I was able to be outside the whole week without any symptoms or flare ups!!

I live in beautiful British Columbia in Canada. Besides Halloween which is my most favorite holiday of the year I love the rain. The smell, the feel, and of course making love in the rain (*is my most fond memories for autumn *) and the most unbelievable experience one can have in their lifetime. Also carving pumpkins with my little man is a joyous time as well, seeing his little face light up. Or jumping in the leaves pile with him. Hi my name is Cheryl and I live in Midland, Texas. Fall is my favorite season, not only because my birthday is in November, but also because the holiday season starts with Halloween. My favorite fall memory will always be the year my sister and I (she was 3 years older) wore matching Peter Pan costumes that our mom had made. I remember we had so much fun trick or treating. It made me feel even closer to my sister even for just a little bit. We never really got along well growing up, so even her really enjoying her time with me that day will always be one of my best memories of her and I.

My favorite memory of fall is when my sisters and I (six of us) were young – around 8-15 – and we’d have to rake all the leaves in the yard so we could burn them (many years ago lol). We’d get the pile of leaves so big and then take turns jumping in them or pushing each other. Those were amazing carefree days. Of course, we’d have to gather them all up again when Dad would come out and see what we had been doing but he never yelled about it. I miss those days!

My favorite about autumn is the smell of fires in the air from people burning their leaves.

Walking along this awesome trail in Salem Oregon, where the trees were all changing, the sun was peaking in between clods, the air crisp and chilly, and no one was around. I was alone with my dog, e joking the walk along the river. Everything was perfect. I was able to relax and just enjoy myself. I have been chasing that feeling every since!
I’m from the U.S. One of my favorite fall memories is being part of the wedding of two of our friends. They just celebrated their 29th anniversary.

I’m in the US. My favorite memory, the first fall we lived in Colorado. My kids had never seen a real fall and trees change. I took them over to a girlfriends for a bbq and she’d raked all the leaves into big huge piles. After we all ate she looked at the kids and asked them why they were all standing around when there were piles of leaves waiting to be jumped into.
Nothing is better than the laughter and joy of ones children.

I live in the USA. First on my bucket list after I retired was to see the aspen in their autumn colors. We drove to Colorado to see the aspen. I was taken back by the brilliance of their colors, especially when the sun shown on them. What I didn’t expect was the song the wind created as it weaved through the trees. It was magical. We ate lunch at a park where aspen shaded us and we shared our lunch with a squirrel, serenaded by the wind in the aspen.
I’m in the US. Redmond to be more accurate. I am a young 56. My favorite Autumn memories will always be the time family spent together canning foods for winter. I loved being with my Gran and aunts and mom. When my kids came along they joined in. It will always be my magical time. So much comfort and positive energy. Four generations together. So wonderful. Autumn is also a time that things slow down in my world. A great time to reflect and rejuvenate.
All and all great memories with friends and family.

Definitely over 18
I remember trick or treating when I was 6 or 7 years old. Since we lived on the farm in the middle of nowhere, my dad would drive us around to all the neighbours so we could trick or treat and show off our costumes. We got to one of our elderly neighbours, and Mr. Stieb, who was always a tease, was threatening to give us the soup his wife had made for supper as our treat. Once he got the amount of protests and giggles required , he proceeded to fill up what space we had left in our bags and give the best hugs to each of us. I love Halloween because of the amazing friends and neighbours we had back then.
I am well over 18 and live in the US. My favorite fall memory is the year my daughter asked that we both dress as Greek Goddesses for Halloween. I was so excited that she wanted her and I do this together. This was also the last year she went Trick or Treating. We had so much fun browsing through the different websites before we each settled on our costumes. She told me she was Athena and I was Artemis. The night of Trick or Treat, so many people commented on how original our costume idea was. At one house, the gentleman that answered the door was so excited by our costumes that he called his wife and guests to the door to see. Then he had to ask which Goddesses we were. Even though it was cold that evening and I felt like I froze, I had the best time with her. We laughed and smiled our way from house to house.
Blessed Sam Hain. My favorite memory of Autumn is going to visit our cabin in New Hampshire in October. The smell of Autumn and all the trees, seeing the wildlife (skunks and fox and deer and squirrels and all sorts of animals). Going for a ride on the Katamangus Highway and seeing the beautiful colors in the changing leaves spread out like a patchwork quilt. The crisp taste of Autumn in the air. Walking in the forest and kicking up the leaves and watching them float in a cool breeze. Cool night , and seeing the stars and moon in the dark night sky. I miss it……….It was a wonderful break from home ion Long Island, NY, USA
I’m US!& my favorite Fall me memory is spending the holidays with my family. Halloween & Thanksgiving leading up to Christmas was always a big deal in our house. Non stop family time, fun, and food! I miss my grandparents so much. They made they holidays what they were & it’s not the same without them. But I’ve been trying to keep traditions alive for my kids. Ty for the chance!
I live in the USA and my favorite part of autumn is listening to midnight syndicate CDs while I am reading some of your books and at the same time drinking some hot tea
I now live internationally, Australia. Being that fall is at a different time down here, my first fall memory is walking while leaves slowly dropped around me with a tiny chill in the air. Not as good as a fall day in the Sound but still interesting with a slow ride up the Parramatta River on a small ferry and seeing the changing leaves on the trees along the way.
I’m in the US (Tennessee)
My favorite fall memories are of mom making homemade chili on Halloween. We would go out trick or treating and then come home to big bowls of chili and crackers. Afterwards, we wanted to dive into our candy, but my parents would have to check it first (and steal some of their favorites. LOL) before we could eat any. Sigh! Good times.
Thanks for the chance to win.
I’m from Ohio, USA. My favorite Autumn memory is taking my sons to my brother-in-law’s Pumpkin Pickin’ Party. He always went all-out on the decorations with an old cemetery, ghosts, skeletons and witches. Everyone dressed in costume and prizes were given out for the best and most creative. There was always lots of food and spooky punch and the kids all went home with their own pumpkins…grown in his garden before becoming the cemetery. It was wonderful and so much fun!

I am in Maryland USA. My favorite memory of Autumn was the year I sewed my daughter’s first Halloween costume. She was a genie. It took forever to make because I had never sewn anything before. She was so cute, it turned out really well! Almost 25 years later she says it was her favorite costume. We had so much fun that year.
Happy harvest season from Northern California. My favorite thing now or in memory about autumn is the smell. The fresh smell of the morning as dew returns, the leaves falling from the trees, the smell of fires just starting to again fragrent the air. Makes me happier just thinking about it. Not to mention the amazing way jack-o-lanterns smell when the candles are burining. Especially if you sprinkle a little cinnimon on the lid or top of the inside of the pumpkin first!
US — yes. Favorite memory – a lot. But one in particular stands out – my birthday is late October so for my 16th, I had a costume party and invited couples I knew from school. (Note: this was a *very* long time ago). Everyone was there except one couple. Doorbell rang and there on the porch stood a guy dressed as an older woman and a smaller person dressed in a suit. We assumed they were the missing couple, but they just came in and stood there, not participating. Then I realized it wasn’t my friends. Was I ever surprised when my Dad (who was supposed to be at work as a cop) whipped off the “woman’s” mask and my younger brother turned out to be the “man”. Everyone had a good laugh at my dad dressing up as the woman – and he teased me for years for not knowing it was him. Fifty+ years later, I still remember that party!
I live in southern Ontario Canada so I’m international. Every year growing up, my mom would take me and my two older brothers to as many country fairs as possible. The rides, the food, and all of the laughs with my family are the best memories.
I am in Ohio, USA. My favorite memories of fall are taking my kids trick or treating and going camping with my husband. We spend time outside around a fire and watch leaves change colors while enjoying hot chocolate!
Hi! I live in N.E. Colorado, USA. One of my favorite memories is of when I was a young teen and my family would host a family Halloween party. My family tended to go all out when they did something and this was no exception. Everything from a vampire in a coffin to nasty creepy things that we took the kids and some adults through blindfolded. We had a ton of home-made pizzas with cakes, cookies and treats of every kind. I didn’t see all the action as I was placed in another room as a fortune teller. My first experience using tarot cards (mom bought the deck just for the party). I still have those cards today though I don’t use them now in lieu of hand picked oracle and tarot cards. As I grew up and got married we had moved away from family but we made sure to take our kids trick or treating at houses that had scary (mild) haunts set up for kids to enjoy. Not the same but they enjoyed them and we made a big deal of costumes for all of us to go. I love fall and all it’s glorious colors and kids running through them laughing. Best time of the year.
Hi I live in Ohio, USA My favotite fall memory was when my daughters were young, I was raking leaves did the big leaf pile and showed them how fun it was to jump in the leaves. Then we would go in and have cookies and hot chocolate. I do this with my grandbabies now.

Favorite memory was as a child, when the leaves fell, my mother would pack me up in the car, then drive fast down a deserted country road and I would face the back of of the car and watch all the pretty leaves fly as she went down the road.
I am in the Midwest USA. My favorite memory is going to a covered bridge festival in October. Cool but sunny. Beans cooked in high pot on a fire. Meat cooked buried underground. Lots of things for sale. Beautiful foliage. Being with my best friend.
Mississippi here! My favorite fall memory is having bonfires, s’mores, hot chocolate and music as a kid then as an adult with my own children!
I’m from Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory Canada!
My favourite fall memory is getting ready for the leaf piles and the fun of jumping in them with my boys. The smiles, the laughter and then the apple cider after!!! It was perfect and gives me warm memories as they are grown now so no more jumping in the piles. It maybe one day I will watch them do the same with their little ones!
I’m in the USA.
I am in FL so we don’t really have seasons per se. I miss Oregon fall. Where the leaves change and it’s always misty and mystical and there is a fire going in the wood stove.
My favorite memory is handing out candy on Halloween one year, it was chilly and misty so I would sit in the truck between trick or treaters. I did not get many but I love all the kiddos in their adorable costumes. That and eating all the candy that is left over.
Missouri, USA! My fave fall memory is happened only a week ago! I trick or treat with my daughter every year taking months to plan and put together our costumes. This is her first year of college and I knew she would have other plans so I was going to just going to hole up in my dark house and read kindle. Last week she was putting together a costume for her and a friend when she casually asked me what I was wearing to trick or treat because I couldn’t go with them without a costume… Yay!! I get at least one more year!!
I’m in the USA, one of my favorite autumn memories is camping when I was little next to our little pond with a bonfire going next to the shore. It was always the most fun and the bonfire was always so pretty.
I’m in the US. My favorite autumn memory is trick or treating as a child on family row. Growing up, my maternal great-grandma, maternal grandparents and maternal great-aunt and great-uncle all lived next to each other on the same side of their road, hence why we referred to it as family row. Every year, I’d decorate a tiny pumpkin to take to each of them, then get all dressed up in my costume to start my trick or treating fun at their houses. Halloween/Samhain has always been my favorite holiday to celebrate, and I was always so excited to give them my pumpkin creations and show off my costume to them. They’ve all since passed away, and as an adult, I look back on those times fondly when honoring them and memories of them this time of year.
I am in the USA and over 18. One of my favorite memories is going to the pumpkin patch with my kids, nieces and nephews. Now I go with my great nieces
I live in So-Florida, USA. I love the autumn colors and the crunch of the leaves walking on them.
I am in the USA. My favorite fall memory is the leaves turning on my visit to Branson. Just beautiful!
I’m in the US. My favorite Autumn memory is that my youngest daughter’s girlfriend just asked her to marry her, and she said “YES”. She’s at a toss up on wanting a Spring or Autumn wedding, but I’m pretty sure she’s going to go for Autumn of next year. I can’t wait.
I’m in the USA. I love everything about Fall but I think one of my favorite things is bonfires and hoodies!!!
When I was about 9 my mother and her best friend decided to boil their own live lobsters. While reading the cookbook for directions one of the lobsters escaped! Our black cat named Lady Macbeth chased it through the apartment finally cornering it while my mother and her friend corralled it into a pot. While cooking the lobster someone let a smoke bomb off in the hallway of the building, a police officer came to the door to inform us . While explaining the smoke Lady Macbeth attempted to chew of his ankle( she hated smoke). He was nice about and ended up going on a date with my mom’s friend! It was the most hilarious Halloween ever!
I am in the US. My favorite fall memory is a friend’s Halloween wedding. It was hands down the most amazing wedding I have ever attended and remains a favorite memory.
I’m in the USA. My favorite fall memory is finding out I was pregnant.
I’m in the USA. My favorite fall memories are when I was in elementary school and my family would walk to our downtown area for the fall festival. There were booths selling candy apples and popcorn balls. There were pumpkins and fall decorations. The air was crisp and cool and the leaves were beautiful fall colors.
I’m in the USA, in the deep South. One of my favorite memories is dressing up as a vampire one year to go trick or treating, then going to the church afterwards for the games they held for all of us kids after trick or treating was done. We ate candy and played games until around 10:00 pm, then most of us just walked home. Yes, walked home, in the dark, by ourselves (with a detour to toilet paper a yard).
I’m in south-central Indiana and fully enjoying the bright colors of autumn. 🙂 I have so many autumn memories as it’s my favorite season. Halloween, of course, but the simple things matter. Jumping in piles of leaves (which I can’t do anymore because I have sciatica) and collecting walnuts and acorns. I used to take walks with my Nana down the street she lived which was lined with big old walnut trees. Those trees were magnificent.
Maybe you have sciatica ‘because’ you jumped in the leaves. Heh, heh, heh!
I’m in south-central Indiana, USA. Halloween is one of those trick-or-treating events. That was my favorite thing; now the giving of treats is my new favorite thing.
My favorite fall memory is carving pumpkins with my mom and sister. I always loved carving pumpkins and then trick or treating until we couldn’t walk anymore. We would always afterwards sit and watch the moon.
I’m in the USA
My favorite autumn memory is my son being born on Friday the 13th of November
I live in the USA. My favorite memories is going to my grandparents house for halloween, when i was a kid and when my kids were young, having chilli and going trick or treating. It became a family tradition, one i enjoyed very much. I tried to keep the tradition alive after my grandma passed
My favorite memories of fall are going back to school. I’m now, at 61, back in school. Yep, I’m a nerd. Love love love learning!
I live in the USA in an enchanting state. 😉
I’m way over 18, and live in the US.
One of my favorite fall memories are the times when we would hold our annual pumpkin carving / costume parties for adults.
Picture a kitchen floor covered in tarps with adults dressed up in costumes sitting and carving pumpkins! Hot spiced cider with rum flowed, and I must say, no one ever cut themselves with knives! Food was plentiful, and I always baked Pumpkin seeds. Prizes were given for best carving and best costume. We’d have all the pumpkins on our front stairs lit up for pics.
I don’t think I’ll ever forget the laughter , friends, and fun on those crisp fall evenings.
My best friend met my cousin one time, and they ended up getting married!
On the tables, at their wedding , were packages of Pumpkin seeds for everyone to remind them of how they met!
May favorite memories of autumn is hanging out with my Grandma. She loved the holidays, I mean really loved the holidays. She decorated as much if not mote than what we see Yasmine post pics of, inside and out. Oct 1st you could see her directing Grandpa on putting up the outside decorations and then inside she would decorate all the rooms guests would see. When I became too old to trick or treat, she encouraged me to still dress up and would assign me to hand out candy to the trick-or-treaters. I know knows she had fun watching me pass on them fun too little kid but back then she eased the sting of not being included anymore at 13 with nothing else to do and friends were doing the same or taking their siblings out. Grandma knew how to fix things my parents didn’t get with me. That’s why Halloween is my favorite holiday. I’m over 18 and in the US

I live in the USA. My favorite autumn memory is doing Halloween stuff with my grandson: Baking cookies and decorating them, making a gingerbread haunted house, decorating the house, going trick or treating and trunk or treating, watching him win the costume contest with the costume his other grandma spent 3 weeks helping him make. He is 14 now and I rarely get to see him.
My favorite autumn memory would have to be the year, I made a Lady Lovelylocks costume for my daughter’s school book character dress up day, and she won, she was so very excited! She looked just like her character!
Oops almost forgot ~ USA and yes over 18
I am in the US. Washington to be exact.
I have this memory that really sticks with me, I was in the 8th grade, boys were a must have, and my mom got me this beautiful emerald green dress, from the 80’s or way early 90’s I’m sure because it had puffy sleeves and a bow on the back, but I had that and a mask, I was a masquerader, and my best friend lived with us at the time. But my mom and god mom decorated the whole living room while we were at school and they had created a dungeon of sorts for a Halloween party, (this was before I celebrated Samhain) everyone was dressed up, and eating pizza, and we just HAD to play the forbidden game of spin the bottle. It was my turn, and my dad had snuck in with that HUGE camcorder, and we didn’t even see him, he’s huge I don’t know how we missed him, but my mom crept in behind my boyfriend with a meat cleaver… and she just sort of hangs over him, with the meat cleaver held over her head and in this weird old lady smoker creepy voice says, “is this a game I would approve of?!” We were 13, and he stood up, grabbed his crotch and refused to play any games for the rest of the night. Which ended with everyone doing the Macarena saying hip hip butt butt HEEEEEEEY MACARENA! I will forever remember that night. Which is hard now because looking at my parents in that same living room now, bent and broken, trying their best just to make it through the day. We may have been poor, and lived together in a tiny house with 2 families. And maybe we didn’t have everything in the world that we wanted, but we always had what we needed. And we always had each other. I’m proud of where I come from and the people who created me. There’s no way to come out of a teen hood with parents like them and not have one hell of a sense of humor about all of it.
I live in the USA specifically Fl and I’m over 18
I love autumn so much because even though we don’t get to cold we do get cooler days and nights which I long for, during the autumn I love just hang out with my mom brining out our fall scented candles and putting the decor out to make the house and yard feel more like fall. One of my most favorite memories I have during the autumn is that my mother and I went up to Michigan for my older sister college fall break in October and seeing all the changing leaf colors and feeling how much cooler it was, during our week long stay we visited the Henry Ford museum and the greenfield village that was there and we are at the Zimmerman cafe that their in Ann Arbor. I can’t wait to go back
I live in USA and I am over 18. The best Autumn memories I have when vacationing in Seattle. The cool temperature, colorful leaves, and amazing food was unforgettable.
Fall is my favorite season. My late mother married by late step-father in the fall and it was a beautiful ceremony.
I’m from the USA.
I split my time between CO and AZ here in the USA. My all time favorite autumn memory happened when I was just out of high school. We had a full moon on Samhain that year and it was utterly magical. A friend and I dressed up (me as a cat and he was a werewolf) and sat on the roof of his parents porch in a high traffic Trick or Treat neighborhood and watched the children. This was back in the 80’s when kids could still walk the neighborhood with relative safety and they were often unaccompanied by parents. Every time we saw bigger kids bullying the smaller ones we’d jump down and stop the bullies and make sure the littles were ok. And all the while, that magical moon just smiled down on us. It was an incredible night.
I live in Lubbock,TX USA and Over 18 how old is my secret to keep this time. When it comes to autumn one of the favorite memories is the time my Morkie, half Yorkie and half Maltese, met his nemesis. Well he was in his side carry pouch and I was power walking through the neighborhood and we came across a huge black spider with orange striped legs and a set of long fangs. But like other inflatables this one turned his head and his glowing eyes seemed to follow us as we went one. Henderson started growling at the spider and keeping an eye on it. Every time we passed he let the spider know he was watching him. This was the first but not last Halloween decoration he has decided was a threat. It is definitely one of my happier memories of the season.
I live in the USA. My favorite Fall Memory is when my daughter was helping my late husband put up our outside Halloween Decorations because I was working a new job and was too exhausted to do so. They surprised me by doing so and had added some new animated decorations as well as used the new web gun we had purchased the previous weekend. That was only a couple of years before my late husband was diagnosed with ALS and he passed through The Veil.
I LIVE IN HOUSTON, TX USA. I’M 42 YRS OLD. MY FAVORITE AUTUMN MEMORY IS DECORATING OUR HOUSE (STREET) FOR HALLOWEEN. WE HAD THE CORNER HOUSE OF A CUL DE SAC. EVERY YEAR WE DECORATED FOR THE HAUNTED STREET FOR ALL THE NEIGHBORHOOD KIDS. SCARING MY FRIENDS WHEN THEY CAME TO THE HOUSE WAS THE MOST FUN I HAD ALL YEAR!
I am from the USA. I live in Virginia! My favorite autumn memory happens every fall. It is when I come together with my fellow sisters and my kids and we celebrate Samhain!
It’s in remembering the ones that have passed and conversing with mother nature and those around us.
I am a resident of Fernley NV USA
My favorite thing about autumn is jumping in piles of leaves. Though this pastime is long in my past I think more kids should partake of the habit. I love the smell of burning leaves. To collect pine cones for centerpieces.
My favorite thing about autumn is, not only the change in the foliage, but Halloween. Adult trick-or-treating with your besties and a shot glass is the bomb. Been doing it for years. Dress in your Sunday finest, or your creepiest, knock on the door and when answered, hold out your shot glass and exclaim Trick-or-Treat. By the end of the block your are saying excuse me to every utility pole you pass. Give it a whirl, I mean, why do just the little ones, only, get to have some fun.
I live in the USA. My favorite fall memory happened last fall. My oldest niece got married, outside under the most beautiful fall colored trees. I helped her alter her wedding gown as she didn’t want traditional white. So I layered a beautiful purple under the white sheer layer and changed the lacings on her sleeves and corset to purple. She was beautiful.
Oh I am definitely over 18
I’m in AZ, USA… My favorite memory in autumn is reconnecting with my boyfriend I have been with for 15 years now… When we met for the first time, we were both married, and when we reconnected in 2007 everything just worked for us… Both had gotten divorced out of bad marriages, and didn’t want to do the whole internet dating thing…We knew each others history and we had always been attracted to each other so we gave it a go and 15 years later we are still together and very happy!!!
I currently live in NC, but grew up in the Northeast. The best part of autumn has always been Halloween, but I still go back home to see the leaves changing in all their glory throughout NY and MA. I swear I am over 18 (and then some). BTW, just found your Wild Hunt series and I am loving it.
Hello. I am in the United States. My favorite fall memory is from my wedding in October (just 10 days before my birthday.) We got married during a hurricane but my parents, who live in Florida, are so used to it that they had everything running smoothly for us. We’ve been together for 11 years and married for 6 years now.
(Ps. I also love that the bugs go away in the fall)

Favorite Fall Memory …….
Family Reunions,
I love taking time out of our “ordinary” life to reconnect with everyone from our family elders down to the latest newborn. Family is everything!
I live in the USA, and my favorite fall memory is me and my children and grand child picking up leaves, pine cones, and acorns on our walks and then bringing them home and making at worth them. It has become a sort of tradition.
Making art with them**
I live in Idaho, in the USA. Iam way over 18. My favorite fall memory has to sitting around a camp fire with my loved ones and enjoying the crispness in the air. The changing colors of the leaves and the smokiness of the fire.
Hello!! I am located in the USA, and grew up in the Northwest. My favorite fall memories always include the rain, wet leaves, and the musty smell of the season. One of my favorites was my wedding in October in Portland, OR. Beautiful fall color, misty rain in the evening. The day was everything I loved about the season, and 18 years later we still talk about the day and how perfect it was.
I live in Idaho. My favorite autumn memories are of my siblings and I raking up big huge piles of leaves and jumping off the top of the fort we had into them. Just had to make sure there were no stray sticks that would stab (learned that the hard way).
I live in Idaho good old USA. Well over the age of 18. My most favorite memory of fall is getting to watch my first grandchild be born, exactly 22 years ago today!! Being able to experience that without being the one giving birth was the most awesome experience!
From Florida in the USA. Growing up in New England I loved going up to the White Mountains in New Hampshire to watch the leaves change. Loved it. Wish I could get back up there to visit now.
I live in the Sunshine State in USA! Autumn is host to my mom, my sister, and myself’s birthdays! We pick a day to get together to do something fun; this year we did tattoos!
United States….Okay, this may be a long entry. The first time I celebrated Samhain, with my coven. We were in the back yard of our rented house. It was wonderful and the energy was amazing. At about midpoint we had cakes and ale, which consisted of homemade chocolate chip cookies and apple cider. We were all sitting amongst the leaves and it was lovely evening. So, skip ahead to the end of the evening, I was in my room getting ready to change and while taking off my cloak, I saw something move out of the corner of my eye. I looked down and on the hem of my cloak, was a wolf spider. It was absolutely beautiful and was just looking at me. As calmly as I could, took the cloak, a long with the spider outside and encouraged it back into the leaves. I felt as if I had been given a blessing.
I’m from the US. My favorite fall memories are of my birthday’s. We’d pile all my friends in the car and go to the country. It was the only time some of my friends got out of the Bronx.
I am over 18 years old.
I’m in Oregon, USA, and well over 18, hahaha. My favorite autumn memory would have to be taking my kids out into the pumpkin patch and filling our Chevette with pumpkins. We could barely drive out of the field, but they had so much fun. Later we decorated/carved them and lit up the whole driveway!
I live in the USA and am 52, my most memorable Autumn is the Halloween I meet the man I married had two wonderful children with, but later realized he was not my Prince charming I thought he was.We had 20 good years and I only regret the fighting after we seperate, my grown kids are a treasure I’ll alway be grateful to him for. The Fall memory I cherish the most was the Halloween he finally took off work and dressed up as a vampire to my very pregnant Pumpkin and my son’s Blue’s clues costume. From Halloween till my Birthday in January is the time I shine and thrive.
I’m in the US and over 18. My favorite memory of autumn is when my son was just a toddler. My husband was safely (with a helmet on) bringing him around the yard on the 4-wheeler. When they would stop in front of me, my son would make engine sounds. He had a pacifier still and it sounded so cute. He wanted to go again and I could hear his giggles all over the yard. It was such a cute and precious moment. I’m so glad we have it on video. My son is 19 now and this is his favorite time of year.
I’m in the US.
My best fall memory is when I got married to my husband. Our anniversary is in a few days, celebrating 23 years. We got married in England, had to have the Bans posted before we could get married, and had photos in an Abbey garden. It was such a great day and lots of memories.
I am International, I live in Scotland.
My favourite Autumn memory is from a few years ago. My Dad, who has passed, my Godson (then 5) and my two dogs went for a walk in our local graveyard. It’s an old one and nobody gets buried there anymore. It’s a beautiful place to walk and see all the leaves fallen over the graves which start from the early 1800’s. Anyway my Dad had my Godson looking for ghosts and running after the deer who live in the graveyard. It was just such a fun innocent day which I will carry with me forever x
USA 18+
Being a fall child of the south I live for Autumn.
My favorite fall memory is everyone getting together in my grandmother’s kitchen too cook/bake/candy.
Pies, sweet breads, cinnamon shatter candy, fudges, peanut and pecan brittle. Light and laughter and so much love. She would never claim it but she was a kitchen witch I swear.
I lost her many years ago but those sights, sounds, smells… those memories are branded on my soul.
I am over 18, live in USA and my favorite fall memory is apple picking and going to the pumpkin patch when the kids were young.

I live in the USA. And one of my favorite memories is a few years ago, right in between boughts of illness during a rare pretty healthy period all things considered, I went out for Halloween. The last time I did actually. And I was out with a friend and went to my first burlesque show. And while there I won a screaming contest worthy of being Final Girl herself. And walked away with free alcohol. Fun times.
I live in the USA and am over 18. My favorite autumn memories are going to all the festivals that happen in my city. Greek Food festival, San Genaro Festival, The Renaissance Fair and so on…. also carving pumpkin with my nephews.
Usa resident. One of my favorite memories of autumn is walking in the woods by my aunt and uncles house in the Poconos. I loved seeing all the colors and the crunch of the leaves under my feet. The air was so crisp and fresh . They had a salt lick out for the deer and if I was quite and still sometimes I would get to see the deer come .
U.S.A
My favorite memory is running down the path kicking leaves as I headed to my grandparents house

Definatly over 18
I live in Canada and love your books!
I am a ‘mature’ woman, at least in age, and one of my favourite autumn memories occurred on Nov. 3rd, 1995, the day I got married. The leaves were beautiful colours and I got to stand beside the man I loved and let him know that I would love him forever. It was the start of the life I had always wanted, with a loving, caring, beautiful man, the now father of 3 of my wonderful children, that includes many, many wonderful memories.
I live in the USA, my favorite fall memory is an ongoing one.. every year once the leaves start falling rapidly I love to walk along my road( I live out in the countryside) and breathe in the smells of fall and just enjoy a time out for nature.
Favorite fall memory. Thanksgiving with my family. Cooking for 25 plus people. Spending precious time with loved ones.
Favorite fall memory. Thanksgiving with my family. Cooking for 25 plus people. Spending precious time with loved ones. USA
I’m in the US and over 18. My favorite fall memory is making pies with my family. Every year the women in my family get together a day or two before thanksgiving to make pies, drink wine, have fancy snacks, and catch up spending time together.
I am over 18, located in the US. Some if my favorite memories as a teen were bonfires, a few drinks, and good friends. I love to go for walks in the fall, take the kids on nature walks. When I was a kids, my aunts, uncles, and cousins would go to the field and play softball. Those were the best days.
I am in the USA. One of my favorite autumn memories was the first time I met my now husband face to face. I flew from Montana to Oklahoma for a week over Thanksgiving in 2009. It was an amazing week. It was so hard to go back. I cried. He even got teary. I ended up moving there a month later.
I am in the USA – California. I am over 18 (48). Tell me one of your favorite memories that happened in the autumn. Answer- I love Autumn!! Coming up with a favorite memory is hard because so many blend together. As a kid my mom and Aunt would get together and can late Summer/early Autumn fruits, typically apples and pears; sometimes there would be peaches or apricots. I have fond memories of helping in the kitchen prepping fruits and taste testing the fruit. My Aunt made the best apple and pear butter spread!! Mom would make apple pie filling as well, yum!!! That canned fruit would last well over the years. Now I want to can some fruit lol.
International I’m in Scotland. I love dressing up for Halloween. Last year at work I was a pink lady from Grease!
Over 18, live in USA.. Favorite memory was sitting watching the colored leaves glow and sparkle in a sunset .. the cookies were gold, copper, even silver and the trees whispering with the pines in the breeze.. it was stunning and meditative almost so serene..
I’m in the Us.. my favorite memories of Autumn is taking my kids trick or treating. The on that stands out my son was 10 and my daughter almost 1 so I took her in her stroller with a bunch of my son friends around the neighborhood. My son and each of his friends took turns taking her up to get candy then put her back on her stroller. By the 2nd street she was asleep and all the kids told me they could go by themselves so I could take her home to bed. Nice try not gonna happen.
Hello!
I am in the USA. I believe my favorite autumn memory actually just happened this weekend. I run a LARP with my partner and we just had an event. The players all worked together super well to solve a puzzle and then got themselves into a bit of a mess involving vampires. The role play was just beautiful and it makes me so happy to see our little game take off. The weather was absolutely perfect for us too. Overall, probably my favorite memory so far.
I’m on the USA. My favorite memory of Autumn is raking a big pile of leaves together then my brother and I jumping in.
I am from the USA! One of my favorite memories in the autumn time is when I met my best friend/husband at a bonfireit was most definetly love at first sight I’ve been stuck on that man like glue ever since (8 years ago)
Hello,
I am in the USA. My favorite autumn memories are from when my children were small and I would take them to the local “Pumpkin Patch” and take pictures with the biggest pumpkin we could find! They enjoyed playing in the hay while I would take pictures. Before we left we would always finish with buying and eating a fresh batch of pumpkin spiced kettle corn! Now that they are grown, I continue the tradition with my grandchildren! I love Autumn, it always brings out the sense of family in me and I was married on the first day of Autumn to the Love of my life so Autumn brings feelings of Love and family to me!
I am from USA. My favorite memories are of taking my 2 sons treat or treating for the first time in our new neighborhood. Before that we lived in LA County and only could take them to the mall since we lived on a National Forest Fire Station with no children. They hit every house and wanted to go twice. They didn’t understand the joy of Halloween until then. We had moved to an area that had fall so the trees were in full color which my youngest said was their Halloween costumes.
I’m over 18 and live in the USA. My favorite memory of autumn is taking my kids to the corn maze and watching them help figure out way out and them running ahead in an attempt to be the first ones out
I am over 18 and live in the US.
My favorite autumn memory is from my college days in Ithaca, NY. Beautiful fall color, sweater weather, and the dairy bar had the most amazing pumpkin ice cream!
Thank you for the contest. That basket looks amazing!
Hi! I am in the USA. One of my favorite memories is of my son trick or treating. He was dressed up as Superman, in a costume that his dad wore as a child. We were at the end of our block, at a house that was all decked out in lots of spooky decor. There was a coffin (made of cardboard) by the walkway to the door. My neighbor started yelling at her kids that it was my son and not to pop out and scare him (he was 6, and is autistic). They didn’t hear her and jumped out. Poor kiddo screamed, threw his candy all over the yard and ran home. My neighbor was horrified and kept apologizing. I told her it was ok, I’d calm him down and he would be fine. What makes this a favorite memory is that the kids went trick or treating for my son. By the time the night was over they brought him 2 pillowcases stuffed full of candy! I loved that they thought of him and made sure he was taken care of in the sweets department! These days my son is content to just hand out the candy,!
I live in Orrtanna, PA, USA about 10 miles from Gettysburg ,PA. I am 43 years old.
2 years ago we made my favorite autumn memory so far. My son joined the Army and he left for bootcamp October 20th 2020, it was very emotional, his father and I are so proud , but the fear of the unknown kind of took over my momma heart, my husband could see me slowing falling apart and decide to take action. We have been together for 27 years and he has never planned ANYTHING !! He planed a weekend getaway in my favorite place (Wellsboro, PA) and all we did was relax and talk and sightsee the beautiful mountains (PA Grand Canyon)…It was just what I needed and he knew it. He is my whole heart and soul. I could not do this crazy world without him by my side! The memories we made that weekend will last a lifetime!
I am in USA, I grew up and live in Tennessee, where fall brings usual weather at times. 50 to 60 for a few days then jumps back up to 70s and 80 the next few days. Our weather patterns are so odd that one year we get just enough rain, next not enough, then after that just enough rain to aid in the changing of the leaves. One of my favorite memories was building leaf piles and jumping in them rolling around then rebuilding them and playing with the pets in it. Sometimes the cats and dogs would jump into the piles themselves other times we would gently lower them to a safe level and drop them into the piles Which they would either roll in them or run out. We had a a few that would lay on the outside of it and roll around and let us bury them in and they would either wait until we unburry them or would jump out at us to play. I actually miss those days. Now the trees don’t drop like they used to, as they grow older, like me. (P.s. if I win I can not do Cinnamon highly allergic.)
I’m over 18 I’m from USA the windy city , My favorite autumn memorie is Thanksgiving dinners eatting my mom’s cooking.
I’m in the United States and my favorite memories of Autumn is the harvest. Seeing the farmers in the fields and smelling the earth as it’s turned over take me back to growing up on a farm and riding the combine with my daddy every fall.
I’m over 18 and in the US. Every Thanksgiving weekend there is a big folk dance party in San Francisco. It’s called Kolo Festival. People come from all over the US to learn new dances and in the evenings there are parties with live music til the wee hours
USA & over 18. I call it the Halloween of the Great Dane. One year when my oldest 4 were young we went down to my parents for Halloween. This particular year we got to meet this enormous Great Dane who looked like a cow He stood face to face with me and I adored him. His owners were THAT awesome couple who pulled a wagon with adult drinks for all the parents❣️ We would randomly see each other throughout the night and every time he would lead his owners to me. Not going to lie, I think I fell in love with his huge self just a little bit. I still think about him lots. My kids were out that night for the entire ToT times. We walked for hours and we didn’t double hit houses. They had a huge blast and it was them who wanted to stay out. They also fell in love with the big Dane. You couldn’t not. When it was all said and done I think they had gotten over 8 POUNDS, yes, pounds of candy. I can’t translate all the fun we had and my love of animals into this post to explain why it was so great, just everything about that night was.
USA. Apple cider donuts are autumn for me and here on the mountain the colors are awesome.
I live in NEW MEXICO USA I AM WAY OVER 18 . My favorite memories of Fall is taking a day trip with my husband and our 2 boys with my husband’s parents to the mountains of New Mexico to see all the different colors of Fall. Even tho both in-laws have passed and our boys are grown my husband and I still take a day trip to the mountains to see the changing of the trees.
I’m from the US (Washington State) and I can’t help but have 2 favorite autumn memories.
My family and I volunteer at Haunted Forest of Maple Valley and on October 12, 2018, my husband proposed to me in front of our ENTIRE Haunt family while we were doing out after show debrief. He even asked my girls for their permission and gave them each a beautiful necklace. He arranged a large portion of our loved ones to be there and I was none the wiser.
Equally as favorite, him and I got married on October 31, 2020 – since our Haunt was canceled due to Covid. We had the most beautiful altar, our ceremony was a Scandanavian Handfasting, we stood under a Gazebo of cornstalks, pine branches, and pumpkins, and encouraged all our guests (all 30 due to covid) to come in costume. It was so truly special and amazing.
Thank you for continuing to share your writing with the world! It definitely makes my hard days a little easier.
Over 18. Live in US
The year my grandson was 3, he and his mom had moved in with us. I got to spend lots of time with him and that October, he and I went to a local church “Trunk or Treat”, to the city’s Halloween in the park event and then out for Trick or Treat on Halloween. He had been given a real mariachi outfit by our favorite server at our favorite local Mexican restaurant and that was what he wore. Everyone thought he was so cute (he was!) and he had so much fun!! At one of the houses we stopped at, the lady that answered the door was so excited, she called her mom out to see him. They were from Mexico and she was like, “Man, my kid is part Mexican and he doesn’t have such a cool costume!” All in all, it was a lot of fun getting spend that time with him.
USA and over 18 favorite memory that happened in autumn was my miracle daughter being born.

I don’t know if this is a favorite memory but it certainly made an impression on me! A long time ago on the morning after Halloween (I was elementary school age), my brother rushed in to tell me that there was a witches brew in the front yard! I raced after him out of the house and saw a bucket of water, leaves, seed pods and such that actually appeared to be steaming! He told me that he saw the witches making it the night before and I yelled, “Why didn’t you wake me up?!?!?”.
I was mad at him for a very long time.
I live in the USA and my age is over 18 by 52 years
I got married in the autumn. The beautiful autumn colors, the cool temperature, pumpkins everywhere and a very handsome man with leaves on his lapel.

Currently Louisiana, but my favorite Autumn memory is my first fall in New England when I moved to Massachusetts to live with my significant other. The sheer volume of color, and the crisp air, were my absolute joy. We took a side trip through Gloucester and Salem, and I fell in love with the atmosphere. Thanks for asking!
I’m in the USA, one favorite Autumn memory, sitting around a bonfire with my adult daughters and my grandkids, laughing, telling ghost stories and roasting hotdogs, marshmallows and making smores, drinking sweet tea!
Getting frustrated at the red oak in our front yard for not loosing its leaves fast enough for Halloween decorations. Going out and yanking the leaves off so it would look spooky with the ghosts hanging on the branches. (My mom caught me and yelled at me for it. )
I am a US citizen, born and raised. A favorite fall memory was the Halloween the year before my mom passed. Mom was ornery and fun loving. She decided she would like to see a carved watermelon instead of a pumpkin. Ok, October in Kansas there are no watermelons. I knew a man going to Texas a couple weeks before Halloween and he got me the watermelon. My daughters and I carved that thing and my mother had so much fun with it. May do one for the grand kids

Memories of Autumn: Long walks in the woods, with evenings spent on a couch by the fireplace with my best friend, sharing a homemade quilt, with lots of apple pie and hot chocolate. And Carolan’s.
I’m from the US (just moved to Oregon this summer!) and one of my favorite autumn memories is of building a bonfire in my backyard with my dad growing up in Idaho and just enjoying the smells of fall and watching the stars. I don’t have a lot of good memories with him, so it’s nice to remember one that I do have.
My favorite memory of Autumn is actually from this year. I went to my very first corn maze. I’d been wanting to go to one for years but never did. We made sure I was OK to go since I’d been recovering from surgery. I loved it!
USA here.
Love Pot Pies in the fall!
Usa and hay wagon rides are my favorite.
Live in PA. One of my favorite memories in autumn is one we made this year! We invited my daughter’s softball team over to carve pumpkins together. Seeing all the families carving together, laughing, and having a great time was everything. It makes me want to make this an annual tradition!
USA here…Autumn has always been my favorite I have to say. We still have so many traditions this time of year but my all time favorites were when my kids were little. We always go for rides to see the changing of the tress, apple picking, outdoor movie nights with a bonfire, a lots of harvesting, canning, pumpkin patches and so much more family stuff . But the look on my kids faces were always the best….
I am in the United States. One favorite fall memory is my mom making my Halloween costumes. One year she made me a Grim Reaper robe. We had just moved into our new house that August. By Halloween we had replaced a few appliances and such. We decided to decorate the yard and painted the new refrigerator box black. My dad cut a large hole in the front big enough to reach through. He sat in the box and my mom made the kids reach in and he’d gently “grab” their hand and put candy in it. We spray painted white designs on the box and set up black lights so it stood out in the yard. We placed a few other things around for atmosphere. Our driveway was on the side of the house so I made a fake knife out of the cardboard we cut and put aluminum foil on it. I’d very slowly walk down the driveway toward people in my robe as the approached our yard. I scared the crap out of quite a few kids AND adults. It was such a simple setup but all the kids were talking about the “haunted house on the corner” all over the neighborhood and telling others to go. It was so much fun and I’ll never forget our first Halloween in our new home.
Located in PA, USA.
I think one of my favorite autumn memories would be my senior year in college when my roommates and I spent the day in a pumpkin patch, forgetting how to be grownups.
My favorite autumn memory was the first autumn I had with my dog Cian. We were raking leaves and trying to get him to play in them, but he didn’t like jumping or running through piles of leaves apparently. It was a fun day that I’ll always remember. I miss Cian so much.
I live in the US.
I am from the US and one of my favorite memories of autumn was a football game of my grandsons. They were in triple overtime and they finally scored. Him and the ball carrier went crazy with each other. We later found out my grandson told the ball carrier…I’m tired of this….follow my butt (he said the word that’s starts with an A) and I will get u through and he did. I love autumn and it’s color.
I am in Oklahoma.
My favorite fall memories are the Halloween I have spent with my girlfriend in Oregon.
I am from the USA, my family and I, (my husband, 2 young sons and my mom) went on a night time corn field, no flash lights and it was getting dark and we couldn’t see anything, we were rounding a corner and just about out when something ran past us charging through the corn! I screamed and grabbed my mommy as she did the same! Turns out a deer was lounging in the corn for the night and we startled it! This is always my favorite story, how a 30 year old still grabs for mom in spooky situations
I am over 18 and live in the US. My favorite thing to do is scrunch thru the fallen leaves.

I love fall festivals, food, and bonfires!! My favorite memories are when I was in elementary school and the fall festival there. Our parents would give us tickets to win silly prizes. My favorite part of the festival was the haunted house.
I am USA, from AZ
One of my favorite autumn memories is just hanging out with my family around the bonfire. Love eating my moms Thanksgiving dinners and more and more lately I help cook so it’s become our Thanksgiving dinners which is an amazing feeling. I am also getting married in two day with my soul mate of 10 years!!! So that will be another autumn memory I will cherish forever. 🙂
I am from the southern part of the USA. One of my favorite memories in autumn is my first time sitting around a big bonfire at night and staring up into the clear night sky, watching the stars. The smell of the fallen leaves and smoky air was lovely, and those warm bonfires are one of the few things I miss during this season now that I live in the city instead of being off in the country woods.
Usa and hay wagon rides are one of my favorite things to do in the fall time

I am a 40 year old woman in Alabama,USA. My favorite memory for atumn has to buying a house and moving in with my partner of the past 6 years. He has helped me deal with past traumas, taking the time and patience required to let me heal. Moving in with someone was a huge step I had sworn off ever doing again.
I live in the USA and over 18 years old. I love going to the local Renaissance Festival held during October and November. Getting dressed up, watching the shows and eating at The King’s Feast.
I’m international so casting my memory back to autumn. I love it when the heat of summer subsides and the trees are so colourful before they drop their leaves. It’s still warm enough to swim and the ocean temperature goes up as the air temperature goes down. Lots of family birthdays and celebrations, we have a relatively small family so all celebrations are welcome
I am in SoCal, USA! My favorite fall memory is sitting around a fire and eating a smore for the first time! The taste of the smore, the smell of the fire and the cold, clear night! It was perfect! ;)~
