I’m in Australia. I would prefer to be a witch. Close enough to human that your abilities don’t restrict your life as much as the others. No sunlight, rules and hierarchy of the weres and the satyr as slaves to their nature’s. They have a lot of restrictions that a witch doesn’t, and being human who doesn’t want to be different in a good way.

I have actually asked myself what kind of supernatural being I would like to be. I never have the same answer. If I were to be a Vampire it would be because I would want to see how the world evolves. Do we blow ourselves up? Does a meteor hit us? I want to know these things. Of course the power and strength would be awesome too… but to be a witch with real power! I would want to be a witch to help others. These things would all affect my choice of supernatural for Bedlam… but I think eventually, if I were forced to make a decision on the spot, it would probably be Vampire. I think the strength and longevity would probably be the reason. I know that I wouldn’t want to be a human in a place like Bedlam where supernaturals abound. I already feel weak and insignificant. To live among those with strength and ability not to mention fear of being preyed upon (there are good and bad in every group) would terrify me.

I’ve thought about this a LOT. (Not just after reading this but just in general I’ve thought about it) Staying human would not be an option in my mind. As a human, I deal with illness and physical weakness all day everyday. I would change as soon as I could. (Probably would have waited until 25, that way I can rent a car or book hotel rooms lol). The idea of being a satyr never really appeared to me. I like the idea of if a pack relationship of werewolves and their mating habits. Also like the idea of having magical powers and being able to help people who need it or being an epic caster to be a battle witch. But when all is said and done my heart belongs to the vampires. I’m a night owl and pretty much always have been. (I’m very sensitive to sun light already. If I’m in sunlight for more than 20 minutes or so I end up feeling as though I have the flu). I have always loved their dark seductive ways and have never been squeamish around blood.
