This past week has been hard. Caly-Q, my loving little Velcro kitty, was pretty sick this past week. I noticed it quickly, which is very lucky, but she still had a sudden fever of 105. We had to take her to the vet a couple times, he gave her two different antibiotics, and she was pretty out of it. Most of my time was spent working and hovering over her.
But I’m so relieved to tell you that she’s recovering, today she ate on her own (I’ve been syringing a high calorie kitty supplement down her throat the past few days), she’s drinking water, and even though she’s still a little quiet, she’s moving around a lot more and definitely on the mend.
Given my cats are my babies, and Sam’s as well, we’ve been focusing all our energy on making sure Caly was comfy and getting her well. So I’ve been ignoring most posts that I’ve meant to make. Thank you for understanding.
By the way, I have two books set to free right now for everyone: Bewitching Bedlam and Night Myst.
Some individuals may not understand what our fur babies mean to us!!! I married my husband (in part) because he loved cats. So glad to hear that your tweety cat is on the mend. Sending healing thoughts your way.
Glad to hear that Caly-Q is beginning to feel better. Sending good thoughts, prayers, & positive energy your way. Stay healthy & safe.
I glad she’s better.
Be well.
Blessings.
So glad Caly-Q is doing better. Sending Love and Light
Sending love and healing to your wee fur girl xo
We’ll keep your kitties in our prayers.
