First: I want to announce that I have agreed to partner with Diversion Books to publish the next three Otherworld Books! They WILL have a home, they will be available in print (though you will most likely have to order them rather than find them in the stores), and they will bring the spirit seal arc to the grand finale. The books, tentatively titled: QUEEN OF DUSK & TWILIGHT, AUTUMN’S DAUGHTER, and BLOOD BONDS, are slated for release beginning in Fall/Winter 2016.
Second: I have also agreed to a partner with them for a new paranormal romantic suspense series. My Lily Bound series will begin with the book Souljacker, slated for release in the spring/summer of 2016. As you can see by the synopsis below, the Lily Bound series will have a strong erotic edge to it, along with plenty of my signature storylines. As with the Otherworld books, there will be a print option.
SOULJACKER: Lily O’Connell, a succubus, has put her unique talents to work, owning an elite sex salon in the Blood Night District of Seattle. When a client turns up dead in her club, and she hears the news that the Souljacker—an old tattoo-artist friend-turned-vampire, who was institutionalized years before—has escaped to reclaim his “artwork,” Lily knows she’s next on his list. With one of his tattoos on her thigh and nowhere else to turn, Lily hires Archer Desmond, a chaos demon and PI, to track the vampire down before he tracks her. But she didn’t expect to fall for Archer—and they say a succubus who falls in love will destroy the heart of the one she seeks to claim…
Diversion has this to say in their press release:
“Yasmine found great success in the traditional publishing model, but saw a unique opportunity in working with Diversion, and we are thrilled to continue this inventive series, and launch an all-new project,” says Mary Cummings, Vice President and Editorial Director of Diversion Books. On choosing Diversion Books, Galenorn has said, “I love working in the world of traditional publishing, but with all of the changes in the industry, it’s an exciting time to branch out and explore other avenues and opportunities. I’m excited about working with Diversion Books to see some of my ideas come to fruition, and I look forward to being able to offer you new adventures that might otherwise not be possible.”
So, what does this mean for my other work? Nothing–everything will go on as planned. I’m simply adding more in!
So, how about that?????
