I started intermittent fasting the day after x-mas 2019. I had done weight watchers in the past but at 40 it was not working for me anymore. I exercise 2 hours a day, 5 days a week and I just keep gaining weight. I spoke to my doctors and they tried helping but nothing worked. I was practically starving as far as calories. I resigned myself that I would just be bigger. Then I saw on TV the intermittent fasting. I thought I will try it and what’s the worst that can happen it fails like all the other diets. Well its been 14 months and I am down 3 sizes and in better shape at almost 41 than I was at 25. I eat what I want just between 10am and 6pm. I also eat a lot less than I used too. All the years of running 3 miles a day and doing weight lifting is finally showing thru. My arms are muscle and tone, my legs are solid muscle. My abs are tone (no 6 pack, I have had 2 kids), I feel better now more than ever. My husband got on board at the beginning of the pandemic and he has dropped 25 lbs and looks really good too. This has been life changing and I feel great. I love shopping for new clothes.
